Introduction to My Mind

Hello all who have decided to read this, this will be an introduction to me and an example of how I write. First off, if I ever write anything that may offend you, get over it. I’m just a 16 year old, my opinion should never matter unless it is a valid point, but if something is valid it shouldn’t offend anyone. Anyways, if you haven’t figured out yet, my sentence structure is crap… don’t point it out because I already did.

The name of this blog is called The Phantom of Liberty… if you couldn’t figure that out by yourself… the reason the blog is called this is for a few reasons: one: I just read a book by Paul Auster(my favourite[yes I spell things like the British] author) called Leviathan. If you read the book you would understand more about it, but there was a section about how Sachs becomes The Phantom of Liberty. Two: I believe there are many problems in this country that need addressing, such as censorship, racism, violence, nuclear war, etc. and some of the entries in this blog will deal with them.

Don’t think this blog is all serious though, I have my lighter side(as does everyone) and I may use it to put up a humourous story or something, I don’t know. Anyways I’ve always found it hard to come to some sort of conclusion, but just tend to rant on, so I’ll just end this here. Also, I’m a nerd and if you’re wondering what my avatar is from, guess. Ending lines are always cool, so I’ll use this quote for my ending:

“We have no past, no future. And even if we did, it wouldn’t truly be ours.”

Thanks so much for this. I laughed, I scratched my chin, I even raised my eyebrows and nodded a few times. And trust me when I say… your sentence structure is not nearly the worst I have ever seen.

    Keep it up.
